You can return your brushes within 30 days of receiving them.
Conditions for Return:
Brushes must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please include your order number or receipt.
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of used brushes unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping:
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged when it arrives.
If your brushes are defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return:
